Welcome to Felice Photography! My name is Lara and I am an Atlanta based photographer specializing in headshots, family portraits, and small events. Felice is my middle name and means “happy”, “fortunate” and “lucky”; and I'm grateful to experience all three in my life.

I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, a friend, and a lover of all things artistic. I love to cook, travel, philosophize, and search for beauty in everything. My family instilled a deep respect for the traditions of generations before me, and most of all, I believe experiences and memories are far more valuable than any gold or possessions.

My photography began by taking headshots for friends and colleagues in the music industry many moons ago, as I'm a classically trained singer. Over the years, I discovered the joy of portraits, family photography and small events. Looking ahead, I'm also exploring real estate and home staging photography.

Regardless of the subject, my stance as a photographer is simple. Photography isn’t science, but it is magic. Imagine your child running toward you with pure, innocent, and genuine laughter, and the light catches their smile and twinkle in their eye -- that's when I get to create magic and "snap" your memories into place. Or maybe you need a new headshot that doesn't feel staged or cold. So we go for a walk on a beautiful day and when you’re deep into talking about the possibilities of tomorrow, I capture the perfect shot that exudes confidence and excitement. Ultimately, I base my photography style and my business off what my clients need, and I look forward to working with you on capturing all your memories.
