Your final images are promised to be delivered to you no later than 10 days after the photoshoot. However, many times, they are given to you sooner. If there is a rush, this should be discussed during the booking process as a rush-order editing fee may apply.

You will be emailed a link that allows you to download your high-quality Jpeg images and use however you’d like.

If notified within 14 days or more of the scheduled photoshoot, a full refund of the retainer fee will be granted or you can reschedule for any time. If notified within 7 days or less, you can reschedule within 90 days of the original photoshoot without penalization, but no refund of the retainer fee will be granted. If notified within 2 days or less, there will be no rescheduling or refund of your retainer fee provided. Any events over 2 hours have different policies that are specified in your contract. There is no refund or rescheduling of promotional mini-sessions.

It is my goal to grow a lasting, happy relationship with clients. If you need specific edits, please reach out and I will make a few more revisions within reason.

25% of the total cost is due at booking to secure your photoshoot.

25% of the total cost is due as a retainer upon booking. The remaining 75% of the total cost is due the day of the photoshoot but can be paid any time prior. Full payment is due upon booking of promotional mini-sessions.

Editing and retouching images is a large part of the work I am doing to give the best version of your photos. Therefore, if I were to give raw images, it’d be considered incomplete work. And it would not be an accurate representation of my work.

If you make a referral and they book and complete a photoshoot, you will receive 15% off your next photoshoot. Your discounted photoshoot must be booked and completed within 90 days of the referrals’ photoshoot. Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Events longer than 2 hours excluded.

Yes! 15% off your second photoshoot, 20% off your third photoshoot and 25% off your fourth photoshoot in a calendar year. Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Events longer than 2 hours excluded.

That’s for both of us to discuss and agree on. It could be a Christmas pajamas photoshoot in your master bed, a graduation photoshoot at the high school football stadium, piedmont park or your living room with a backdrop behind you.
